Delete your data
Slicknote. This page explains how to delete your data.
Notes on your phone
Slicknote saves your notes on your device. To delete them:
- Delete any note or page in the app (swipe it, or Page options › Delete page), or
- Delete the Slicknote app. Its notes are removed from the device with it.
Exports and backups you saved yourself (in Files, Drive or email) are yours; delete them where you saved them.
Sync copies
If you turned on sync, a copy is also kept in your own iCloud Drive or Google Drive. Turn sync off in Settings, then remove the Slicknote data from iCloud Drive (Settings › your name › iCloud › Manage storage) or from Google Drive (Settings › Manage apps).
Slicknote account
Slicknote doesn’t have accounts yet. When accounts arrive, you’ll be able to delete yours at any time in the app: Settings › Account › Delete account. That deletes the account and everything synced with it from our servers within 30 days, and leaves the notes on your phone untouched.
You can also ask us to delete your account and its data by emailing support@slicknote.app from the address you signed in with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll confirm and delete it within 30 days.
What we keep
Nothing from your notes. Purchase records are kept by Apple or Google, not by us. If you emailed support, we keep that conversation only as long as needed to help you.
